Voices of Our Future Candidate Forum

On Sunday, August 23, 2020 Next Step Up held our “Voices of the Future Candidate Forum”. The purpose of the forum was to provide a platform for Tuskegee’s youth (age 16-24) to ask questions about the issues that matter most to the youth. We provided a platform for candidates to lay out their plans and interest in addressing youth concerns and engaging youth in the city’s affairs.

Our forum featured a panel of three Booker T. Washington high school students and two Tuskegee University students including . The forum was streamed over  Zoom the conferencing platform and Facebook live on Next Step Up Mentoring and Tutoring’s Facebook page.
